Healthy Neighborhood Community Garden
The Community Garden is focused on motivating and inspiring the residents of the Delaware County on healthy, cost-effective and innovative ways to grow vegetables, fruits, herbs or flowers right in their own neighborhood. Partnering with local community stakeholders such Stratford Farms aims to utilize the community garden as an avenue for bettering the community through providing sustainable access to food supplies for low-income families; thus fostering togetherness, promoting self-empowerment and instilling healthy behaviors.
